1Scope of Service
NorthForge Exteriors LLC provides property owners with roofing, siding, repairs, and gutter replacement estimates. Requests submitted through the website do not represent binding contracts. Services are only formally engaged upon execution of a signed written contract detailing price, materials, and warranty schedules.
2Accuracy of Estimates
On-site inspections are used to draft accurate quotes. However, final contract pricing is subject to structural decking inspections upon removal of old shingle layers. Any additional work or material repair required is documented via formal change orders.
3Code Compliance & Permits
Permits are obtained as required by the local building department. Property owners agree to provide necessary access to driveways, yards, and electrical power outlets as required.
4Limitation of Liability
NorthForge Exteriors LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from storm delays, delayed shipping of specialty color panels, or hidden pre-existing rot within roof decking or fascias.
5Governance
These terms are governed and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
